A big ‘Thank You’ to all our supporters who took part in Ride+Stride Saturday.

Ben Miller and Terry Babbage
£400 raised yesterday by PCC member Ben Miller and Terry Babbage Churchwarden and Hadleigh Deanery organiser for Ride & Stride – here they are setting off from St Mary the Virgin South Benfleet - they visited 20 churches riding to Thorpe Bay and back.

You joined an estimated 10,000 people across the country who played their part in raising a target of £1.5M to help save the nation’s churches.

It is thanks to people like you that historic churches will remain at the heart of our communities for generations to come.

We will be back in touch with more news as soon as we have finished counting the money which we are delighted to say is now coming in.

Every contribution will make a real difference to our church buildings.

We are grateful to you and your sponsors for putting your trust in us to use your money wisely and effectively.

We do hope you enjoyed taking part in Ride+Stride Saturday this year and will want to join in again.

Meanwhile you are very welcome to come to our upcoming events where we look forward to saying hello to you in person.
